- Evaluate and document a customized, independent assessment of your
organization’s investment management needs and objectives resulting in a
recommendation of potential strategic partners. Based on staff and investment
committee input, process includes active dialogue and assessment to determine a limited number of possible “best fit” products and providers. Includes an evaluation of outsourced strategy vs. the incumbent service structure.
- Conduct/facilitate interviews leading to selection of outsourcing manager platform, service structure and fee schedule.
- Assist in the transition/implementation from legacy structure to the new outsourcing manager.
