Glenn A. Jensen is a Registered Investment Advisor and has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional designation from Fiduciary360. He has received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility. He has been providing retirement solutions for over 30 years beginning with TIAA-CREF. Before founding New England Retirement Consultants, Glenn was Vice President, New England Retirement Services office for Principal Financial Group. In addition to in depth plan design and investment advisory and consulting for 401k and 403b programs, Glenn has worked with clients with defined benefit plans for 25 years. He is an active member of New England Employee Benefits Council, Society for Human Resource Management and Healthcare Financial Management Association. He has completed the Callan College for Fiduciary Training and graduated with a BA from the City University of New York. Glenn is a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician in Massachusetts. Doris V. Ferullo has over 25 years experience as a senior operations and financial executive in healthcare organizations. Most recently, as the Chief Administrative & Financial Officer, of the Massachusetts Hospital Association, Doris had responsibility that included financial and human resources of the Association. She has extensive experience in all facets of retirement programs (both qualified and non-qualified) and HR functions. Doris interacted with CEO's of healthcare organizations in both the profit and non-profit healthcare environment. Doris graduated from Salem State College and resides in Middleton, MA. Michael Fallon, F.S.A., M.A.A.A., E.A. Mike is a consulting actuary with over 30 years of experience in the field of pensions and employee retirement plans. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He is currently authorized to practice as an Enrolled Actuary in the U.S. under IRS rules and regulations. Mike has served as a consulting actuary and principal at a number of major New England consulting firms. His actuarial, consulting and employee benefit skills are highly respected throughout the region. He earned his B.A. degree in mathematics from Boston College. Jay Gepfert is a Registered Investment Advisor and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). Jay has spent more than 12 years providing retirement consulting investment advisory services to plan sponsors. Prior to being part of New England Retirement Consultants Jay was Regional Director for Russell Investments’ institutional business. He worked with clients’ investment committees to help them understand and develop investment strategies that use Russell's consulting and multiple manager investment process. Jay started his investment career with Barclays Global Investors. Jay has a B.A. in History from Davidson College and volunteers with a variety of organizations including, Fairfield Jr. Babe Ruth, CT Make–A-Wish and is a past big brother in the Big Brother/ Big Sister Programs. Nanci D. Morris, CFA is an Investment Consultant and Chartered Financial Analyst with over 25 years experience providing investment solutions to Endowments, Foundations and Retirement plans.
Nanci was a Senior Vice President with Callan Associates where she was responsible for advising Endowments, Foundations and Retirement Plan clients on investment policy, asset allocation and manager selection. Prior to Callan, Nanci was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at David J Greene &Co. LLC, an equity asset management boutique in NYC. Most recently, she was Director of Public Markets for Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, NJ $1 billion Endowment Fund.
